Our TMS is an interactive platform that facilities us to provide a streamlined and transparent service to meet all our clients’ individual needs, whilst managing more than 150,000 expedited shipments each year.
The cloud-based software enables us to cost-effectively plan each shipment – selecting the most appropriate route, choosing the closest available carriers, managing costs, etc – and provide transportation options within 15 minutes of your enquiry. Once agreed, we execute the transportation and continually monitor its progress with real-time tracking and traceability, providing milestone update alerts, managing documentation, customs clearance and invoicing. The customisable reporting module allows us to measure and analyse performance, reporting on key performance indicators.
Our TMS evaluates the consignments route and matches it with an approved carrier within the network and location. By looking into this process, we can analyse historical shipments, anticipate patterns and quickly match similar loads with appropriate carriers. It can also help predict where consignments will meet, increasing co-load and transhipment opportunities, reducing both cost and carbon footprint.
With all modes of transportation and process in a single, centralised place, our TMS helps capture all the critical information needed to successfully manage any shipment – no matter how simple or complex. This includes a complete shipment history, detailed in-transit comments and standardised status types, e.g. awaiting collection, in transit and delivered.
