Finalists for Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport’s Excellence Award
Published: Friday, 23 October 2015
Last night, representatives from Priority Freight enjoyed a great evening at the CILT Annual Awards for Excellence, where we were thrilled to be nominated as finalists in the category Operations Excellence.
The judging panel highlighted Priority Freight’s outstanding improvements to its operations management and new initiatives to maintain a highly competitive position in the freight industry. In particular, judges looked for new innovations, effective use of staff, and clear improvements to customer service.
The evening was hosted by TV presenter Naga Munchetty and kicked off with a drinks reception where we could network with friends and colleagues in the industry and celebrate the tremendous achievements made by the finalists and winners. The awards, which recognise and reward best practice in the logistics and transport industry, were presented to the winners during the gala dinner by CILT President Beverley Bell and the institute’s Royal Patrol, HRH The Princess Royal.
Sadly we didn’t come away with any trophies but it was a brilliant night and we congratulate all of the winners and other finalists.
