COVID-19: Getting back to business

Published: Tuesday, 11 August 2020

As the world emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic and the government continues to tentatively ease restrictions, we are pleased to announce that we have resumed operating from our Dover control centre.

We have moved

Our head office and Dover operations have relocated to 12-14 Whitfield Court, Whitfield, Kent CT16 3PX. The safety of our staff is paramount and our new premises offers better facilities and more space to allow us to work and continue to grow in a safe and socially distanced manner during these challenging times.

Dover Truck Park expansion

Our Menzies Road premises has already expanded to provide approximately 50% increased truck parking capacity for our subsidiary company, Dover Truck Park. Due to increased demand to utilise our secure and comfortable overnight facilities, we will be further expanding the number of spaces available as well as upgrading the facilities, including a new restaurant. Dover Truck Park aims to be the truck park of choice for the crucial requirement of secure UK in and outbound resting points for drivers.

Customs clearance

Finally, as well as being a recognised Authorised Economic Operator (AEO), with Brexit in sight, we will be extending our customs clearance capabilities and we have applied for a ‘bonded permit’. This will mean we can execute our own customs clearance on site at our offices ensuring that, even if there are delays clearing goods at ports, post-Brexit, we will continue to deliver the fastest, most cost-effective and reliable solutions for our customers.
