Tea & Cake Day (Action for A-T)

The team at Priority Freight is always at the forefront of supporting good causes and this month we want to offer our help to a little-known charity called Action for A-T.

Ataxia Telangiectasia (A-T) is a very complex condition that affects a variety of different systems in the body and is something very close to our lovely colleague Ed Bembridge’s heart. Ed’s goddaughter Lilly suffers from this dreadful condition and he recently took part in Scumrun 2016, which is a banger car rally that takes place across Europe over 5 days, in aid of Lilly and the charity.

We want to do what we can to support Lilly and the Action for A-T cause and organised a Tea & Cake day for today, as we know from past experience we have amazing bakers in the company and we all like to eat cake!

Every piece of cake sold and every donation made will help Action for A-T with their research into finding a cure for this rare disease.
